cup unsweetened applesauce

tbsp coconut sugar

tbsp apple cider vinegar

gluten free flour

tbsp ground flaxseed

tsp baking powder

coconut oil

0 Whisk together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 4 Let the batter sit out for 5 minutes. This will help everything gel together. 1 Heat a pan on medium and add coconut oil. 2 Use a ¼ cup scoop and pour the batter onto the pan. 3 Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes per side. You may have to adjust the heat. If the pancakes aren’t cooking fast enough, increase the heat.
